How it started:
Ten years ago, Keesha and Kristina flew to Aruba for an anesthesia conference and fell head-over-heels for the island. Ten trips later, they knew exactly what they wanted to create back home: a space that felt like stepping off that plane — warm, welcoming, wonderfully unpretentious. No frills, no filters, no judgment. Just a place where you could come as you are and leave looking like the best, brightest version of yourself.
How it's going:
From a dream inspired by turquoise waters to a thriving wellness destination right here in Lexington, KY. Today, Bon Bini Aesthetics is home to five serene treatment rooms, a talented team of four, countless five-star Google reviews, and the honor of being named Best of Lexington 2025. Turns out, a little island warmth goes a long way!

Kristina, CRNA
Originally from Winchester, KY, Kristina brings over 20 years of nursing experience and almost 15 years as a certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA). Her favorite role is being mom to her daughter Palmer. She also loves animals and has a rescue boy named Jackson. When she's not traveling, she's excited to bring her skills to aesthetics and help women and men look and feel their best-because confidence is the most beautiful result!
Katie, Licensed Esthetician
Katie is a licensed esthetician who loves helping clients feel confident and radiant in their own skin. She’s passionate about results-driven treatments, meeting new clients, and building genuine connections that often turn into friendships. A fitness lover at heart, Katie believes feeling good on the inside shows on the outside. Her goal is to create a personalized, uplifting experience where every client leaves feeling refreshed, confident, and glowing.
Keesha, CRNA
Originally from Eastern Kentucky, Keesha brings 18 years of nursing experience and 10 years as a CRNA. She loves traveling the world, meeting new people, and spending time with her Bernedoodle, Lincoln. She’s passionate about helping patients look refreshed and feel their best — keeping skin radiant, youthful, and full of confidence.
Summer, RN, BSN
Summer is our skilled RN and injector, originally from Utah, with a background in endocrinology, allergy, and laser hair removal. She has 4 years of injecting experience. Outside of work, Summer loves traveling, playing the piano, and spending time with her husband, Sam, daughter Autumn, and their Bernedoodle, Jojo.
